预见性护理对CT增强检查患者对比剂外渗发生率及过敏反应发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的分析预见性护理对CT增强检查患者对比剂外渗发生率及过敏反应发生率的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2021年9月收治的116例CT增强检查患者进行研究,依照就诊时间的先后顺序分为试验组和对照组,每组58例。对照组患者选择常规护理,试验组患者选择预见性护理,比较两组患者的对比剂外渗状况、生活质量、焦虑情况、遵医依从性、过敏反应、护理满意度。结果试验组与对照组患者的对比剂外渗总发生率分别为5.17%、13.79%,试验组患者的对比剂外渗状况相比于对照组而言更为理想(P<0.05);试验组患者的生活质量、焦虑情况、遵医依从性相比于对照组而言更为理想(P<0.05);试验组与对照组患者的过敏反应总发生率分别为6.90%、18.97%,试验组患者的过敏反应相比于对照组而言更低(P<0.05);试验组与对照组患者的满意度分别为93.1%、82.76%,试验组患者的护理满意度相比于对照组而言更为理想(P<0.05)。结论对CT增强检查患者进行预见性护理,有利于降低患者的对比剂外渗情况及过敏反应,适当舒缓患者的焦虑情绪,提高其生活质量,建立友好的医患关系,增强患者对医护人员及医院的认可及支持。Objective To analyze the effect of predictive nursing on the incidence of contrast medium extravasation and the incidence of allergic reactions in patients with CT enhanced examination.Methods A total of 116 patients undergoing enhanced CT examination in our hospital starting from September 2020 and ending in September 2021 were studied,they were divided into experimental group and control group according to the order of visit time,58 patients in each group.The patients in the control group chose conventional nursing care,and the patients in the experimental group chose predictive care.The patients in the two groups were compared with contrast agent extravasation status,quality of life,anxiety,compliance,allergic reactions,and nursing satisfaction.Results The total incidence of contrast agent extravasation in the experimental group and the control group were 5.17%and 13.79%,the contrast agent extravasation status of the experimental group was more ideal than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Anxiety and compliance are more ideal than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of allergic reactions in the experimental group and the control group was 6.90%and 18.97%,the allergic reactions of the experimental group was lower compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group and the control group was 93.1%and 82.76%,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was more ideal than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive care for patients undergoing enhanced CT examination is beneficial to reduce the extravasation of contrast agent and allergic reactions of patients,appropriately relieve the anxiety of patients,improve their quality of life,create a friendly doctorpatient relationship,and enhance the patient's treatment of medical staff and the hospital's vigorous recognition and support.
