摘  要:针对带式烧结机双预热点火炉在生产过程中,缺乏对点火/预热炉煤气用量协同最优控制,导致系统能耗无法实现实时自寻优的难题,提出了一种双预热点火系统双炉能耗寻优方法,即通过构建热工数学模型来计算分配需要通入点火炉炉膛内的点火煤气目标流量和预热炉供热所需的预热煤气目标流量,最终保证整个系统内煤气目标流量值总和最低,实现了带式烧结机双预热点火炉系统的智能化自寻优控制,同时提出了一种二元燃烧系统温度快速调节技术,即通过热工模型直接计算需要调节的煤气量,采用先粗调再细调的两步法方式实现目标温度的快速调节到位,缩短了调控周期,有效节约了煤气耗量。Due to the lack of co-optimal control of ignition/preheating furnace gas consumption in the production process of the double preheating furnace,the ignition system of sintering cannot realize real-time self-optimization of its energy consumption.To solve the problem,an energy consumption optimization method for double furnace of double preheating ignition system was proposed in this paper.A thermal model was constructed to calculate and distribute the coal gas target flow rate of for the ignition furnace and preheating furnace.Therefore,a distributional plan of the coal gas target flow rate was acquired to ensure the coal gas consumption of the whole system is minimum.The intelligent self-optimizing control of sintering double pre-hot furnace system was realized by a rapid temperature regulation technology of binary combustion system based on the thermal model which could calculated the consumption of coal gas,and then the control system could adjust the ignition temperature quickly by using a two-step method of first rough adjustment and then fine adjustment,which can short the regulation period and saves the gas consumption effectively.
