摘 要:以甘肃某含菱铁矿和硅酸铁脉石的铁矿石为研究对象,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)对矿石性质进行了分析,并通过磁选-重选-浮选工艺流程进行了分选。研究结果表明,原矿铁品位为36.23%,主要铁矿物为赤铁矿和菱铁矿,主要脉石为石英、云母和绿泥石;经过阶段磨矿-磁选,可获得铁品位和回收率分别为52.75%和26.15%的精矿;对磁选中矿以悬振锥面选矿机进行重选,重选铁精矿铁品位提高5.47%;以600g/t淀粉为抑制剂,对重选精矿进行反浮选试验可获得铁品位51.38%的精矿;最终获得精矿铁品位为52.30%,回收率66.61%的较好指标。Taking a certain iron ore containing siderite and iron silicate gangue in Gansu province as a research object,the properties of the ore were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF),and magnetic-gravity-flotation separation process has been conducted.The results show that the iron grade of the raw ore is 36.23%,the main iron minerals are hematite and siderite,and the main gangues are quartz,mica and chlorite.After stage grinding and magnetic separation,concentrates with iron grade and recovery rate of 52.75% and 26.15%,respectively,can be obtained.The magnetic separation ore was re-separated with a suspended vibrating cone concentrator,and the iron grade of the re-separated iron concentrate was increased by 5.47 percentage points.A concentrate with an iron grade of 51.38% was obtained using 600 g/t starch as the inhibitor via reverse flotation test for the gravity concentration concentrate.A good index with a concentrate iron grade of 52.30% and a recovery rate of 66.61% for the final concentrate was obtained.
