摘  要:2020/2021年冬季黑龙江省表现为“前冬暖、后冬冷”的气候特征。在500 hPa欧亚中高纬地区为“两槽一脊”环流形势,东亚大槽位置偏西、强度偏强,以经向环流为主,利于引导冷空气南下。赤道中东太平洋海温负异常、AO的负位相、北半球极涡面积偏大,均与黑龙江省冬季气温有较好的相关性。季节内东亚冬季风阶段性转换特征明显,出现明显低温时段。The climatic characteristics of warm winter followed by cold winter in Heilongjiang Province in 2020/2021.In the mid-high latitudes of Asia,the500 hpa circulation presented a two-trough and one-ridge pattern,the East Asia trough position was more westward andstronger.The meridional circulationguides cold air southward.Negative SST anomaly in equatorial Middle Eastern Pacific、Negative phase of AOand larger area of the northern hemisphere polar vortexhave a good correlation with winter temperature in Heilongjiang Province.The seasonal characteristics of the east Asian winter monsoon were obvious,and there was an obvious period of low temperature.
