摘 要:为确保热电机组供热期的经济运行,需要合理选择热网循环泵这一重要耗功辅机的驱动方式。本文基于等效热降理论建立热经济性模型,以某300 MW机组额定供热工况为例,计算得出了热网循环泵汽动与电动两种驱动方式下输出净功率、厂用电率、发电煤耗率等参数。计算结果表明,汽动方案的热经济性与电动方案相差不大。汽动方案在运行调整方面相对更有优势,电动方案系统相对简单、维护便利。在选择驱动方式时除考虑运行经济性外,还应综合考虑改造成本、系统可靠性、易维护性、调节便利性、投资回收期等方面。In order to ensure the economical operation of the thermal power unit during the heating supply period, it is necessary to reasonably select the driving mode of the important power-consuming auxiliary machine of the circulating heat supply pump.This paper establishes a thermal economy model based on the equivalent heat drop theory.Taking the rated heating condition of a 300 MW unit as an example, the parameters such as net output power, auxiliary power ratio and coal consumption rate of electricity generation under steam and electric driving mode of the circulating heat supply pumps are calculated.The calculation results show that the thermal economy of the steam driving scheme is not much different from that of the electric scheme.The steam driving scheme has more advantages in operation adjustment, and the electric scheme system is relatively simple and convenient to maintain.In addition to operation economy, transformation costs, system reliability, maintainability, adjustment convenience and investment payback period should also be considered in the selection of driving mode.
