摘  要:针对某火电厂600 MW机组在运行过程中多次出现汽轮机高压调节阀反馈装置LVDT连接杆断裂的问题,从宏观断口、化学成分、金相组织及使用工况等方面进行了分析,结果表明由于高压调节阀连同其反馈装置在运行过程中存在较大振动,导致在连接杆螺纹根部应力集中部位产生疲劳开裂,通过采取汽轮机阀门流量特性优化、LVDT连接杆材料升级改进等措施,成功消除了存在的问题及隐患,提升了机组运行的安全可靠性。According to the problem of LVDT connecting rod of high pressure control valve has broken many times during the operation of 600 MW turbine units,this paper analyzes the reasons from the aspects of macroscopic fracture,chemical composition,metallographic struct-ure,working condition,the results show that high pressure control valve and its LVDT have great vibration in operation,so that we finally confirmed that fatigue cracking occurs at the stress concentration part at the root of the connecting rod thread.The existing problems and hidden dangers were successfully eliminate by optimizing steam turbine valve flow characteristics and upgrad-ing LVDT connecting rod materials,the safety and reliability of unit operation.
