摘 要:本文以UiO-66型Zr-MOFs为基础,通过后合成修饰的方法合成了UiO-66(Zr,Ti)。以水为绿色溶剂,在相对温和的条件下,UiO-66(Zr,Ti)高效绿色催化双氧水分解,进而促使苯甲硫醚选择性氧化制备苯甲砜。研究发现,当原料苯甲硫醚用量为1mmol,最佳反应温度为60℃,反应时间为12h,UiO-66(Zr,Ti)用量为10mg,双氧水用量为5mmol,且在最佳催化条件下,苯甲硫醚的转化率>99%,苯甲砜的产率为95.2%。这一路线可为苯甲砜的合成提供新思路和经验。In this paper,based on UiO-66 Zr-MOFs,UiO-66(Zr,Ti)was synthesized by post-synthesis modification method.Water was used as green solvent,and under relatively mild conditions,UiO-66(Zr,Ti)was synthesized.UiO-66(Zr,Ti)catalyzed the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide with high efficiency and promoted the selective oxidation of methyl sulfide to synthesize methyl sulfone.The optimum conditions were:the raw anisole was 1mmol,the optimum reaction temperature was 60℃,reaction time was 12h,the dosage of UiO-66(Zr,Ti)was 10mg,the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 5mmol.Under the optimum catalytic conditions,the conversion rate of methyl sulfide was>99%,the yield of benzyl sulfone was 95.2%,which provided a new idea and experience for the synthesis of methyl phenyl sulfone.
