摘 要:针对瓜胶压裂返排液存在的处理困难、高成本、低效果等问题,本文提出了利用瓜胶压裂返排液配制环保型钻井液的工艺。采用环保型钻井液处理剂,通过单因素分析、正交实验等多种方法,对各类钻井液进行性能检测,以寻找最佳的实验参数,确保瓜胶压裂返排液可以达到使用标准。从线性膨胀率等实验结果可知,利用瓜胶压裂返排液配制钻井液,能够很好地抑制膨润土的膨胀,抑制性优于4%KCl溶液。钻井液的可生化实验结果也显示,用瓜胶压裂返排液配制的钻井液有良好的环保性能。According to the problems of high difficulty,high cost and poor effect on the guar gum fracturing flowback fluid,the process of preparing eco-friendly drilling fluid by reusing the guar gum fracturing flowback fluid was proposed.The optimum conditions for the performance of drilling fluid prepared with guar gum fracturing flowback fluid were screened by the orthogonal designed experiments,range analysis and single-factor experiment using eco-friendly drilling fluid additives.According to the linear expansion rate and other different test results,it was found that using guar gum fracturing flowback fluid could restrain bentonite expansion well,and its inhibition was better than 4%KCl solution.Biochemical test results also showed that the drilling fluid prepared by guar gum fracturing flowback fluid had good environmental performance.
