摘  要:以Si O_(2)、Al_(2)O_(3)、B_(2)O_(3)以及碱土金属氧化物(Mg O、Ca O、Sr O、Ba O)为原料,利用高温熔融法制备无碱铝硼硅酸盐玻璃。研究不同Mg O含量对无碱铝硼硅酸盐玻璃结构和性能的影响。通过红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对玻璃试样进行网络结构分析,并对样品进行了密度、高温黏度及析晶温度分析。研究表明:随着Mg O含量的增加,玻璃的密度增加、黏度减小。同时,随着Mg O含量增加,玻璃中的非桥氧含量增加,桥氧含量减少。在本研究范围内,随着Mg O含量增加,玻璃的析晶温度先减小后增加,生成晶体的主要晶型为方石英。Alkali-free aluminoborosilicate glass was prepared by high temperature melting method with Si O_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),B_(2)O_(3)and alkaline earth metal oxides(Mg O,Ca O,Sr O,Ba O)as raw materials.The effect of different Mg O content on the structure and properties of alkali-free aluminoborosilicate glass was studied.The network structure of the glass sample was studied by FTIR and XPS,and the density,high temperature viscosity and crystallization temperature of the sample were analyzed.The results show that the density of glass increases and the viscosity decreases with the increase of Mg O content.At the same time,with the increase of Mg O content,the content of non-bridging oxygen in glass increases,and the content of bridging oxygen decreases.Within the scope of this study,with the increase of Mg O content,the crystallization temperature of the glass first decreases and then increases,and the main crystal form is cristobalite.
