摘 要:在透辉石中加入不同质量百分比的Mo O_(3),用熔融淬火法制备了玻璃陶瓷,研究了Mo O _(3)的溶解度,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和拉曼光谱仪(Raman)表征玻璃陶瓷的物相、微观形貌和结构特征,用产品一致性测试(PCT)法评估玻璃陶瓷的化学稳定性。结果表明:透辉石玻璃中Mo O_(3)的溶解极限可达8%(质量分数),10%(质量分数)时样品中析出了圆球状Ca Mo O_(4)晶体,Mo O_(3)含量的增加增强了拉曼光谱中[Mo O _(4)]的峰,28天后,Si、Ca和Mo的归一化浸出率在10^(-7)、10^(-6)和10^(-7) g/(m^(2)·d)数量级,表明制备的玻璃陶瓷具有良好的化学稳定性。The glass ceramics with different mass percentages of Mo O_(3) added to the diopside were prepared by melt quenching process.The solubility of Mo O_(3) in diopside glass was investigated,and the phases,microstructures and structural features of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Raman spectrometer.The chemical durability of glass ceramics was evaluated by the Product Consistency Test(PCT)method.The results show that the solubility of Mo O_(3) in diopside glass can reach 8%(mass fraction),and spherical Ca Mo O_(4) crystal phase is precipitated when the Mo O_(3) content reached to 10%(mass fraction).Meanwhile,the increase of Mo O_(3) content enhanced the[Mo O_(4)]peaks in Raman spectrum.After 28 days,LR_(S) _(i),L R_(C) _(a) and LR_(M) _(o) remains in the order of 10^(-7),10^(-6)and 10^(-7) g/(m^(2)·d),indicating that the prepared glass ceramics show excellent chemical durability.
