摘 要:通过熔融法制备了Li_(2)O-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)(LAS)系基础玻璃,采用梯温炉法、XRD和SEM等测试方法对玻璃析晶性能、相组成和微观结构进行分析。结果表明:玻璃失透的主要原因为玻璃分相,与Li^(+)的积聚作用有关,且分相机理属于成核-生长分相。随着ZnO含量的增加,Zn^(2+)的极化作用越发显著,玻璃析晶趋势增强,促进了LiAlSi_(2)O_(6)晶相从玻璃中析出,同时玻璃失透由分相和析晶共同作用造成。但ZnO的加入并未改变该LAS系原有的晶相种类。The Li_(2) O-Al_(2) O _(3)-Si O_(2) (LAS) system glass was prepared by melting method.The crystallization performance,phase composition and microstructure of the glass were analyzed by the gradient furnace method,XRD and SEM,etc.The results showed that the main reason of glass devitrification is the phase separation,which is related to the accumulation of Li^(+),and the phase separation mechanics of the glass is nucleation-growth mechanics.With the increase of Zn O content,the polarization of Zn^(2+)becomes more and more significant,and the crystallization tendency of glass increases,which promotes the precipitation of Li Al Si_(2) O_(6) crystal phase from glass.At the same time,glass devitrification is caused by phase separation and crystallization.However,the addition of Zn O did not change the original crystal phase of the LAS system.
