摘　　要：目的:分析髓外造血的CT及MRI表现,提高其影像诊断准确率,降低漏误诊率。方法:回顾性分析经临床随访证实的14例髓外造血患者的影像资料,总结该病的特征性影像学表现。结果:14例中11例表现为脊柱两侧多发软组织肿块,其中4例伴肝大、脾大,脾大为著;3例伴胸膜丘状或结节状软组织肿块;2例伴胸骨旁软组织肿块。2例表现为脾大伴脾脏异常低密度灶。1例仅表现为胸骨旁软组织肿块。2例行CT增强扫描呈均匀轻度强化,脂肪成分不强化。2例行MRI平扫及增强扫描,T1WI呈等信号,T2WI呈低信号,DWI呈等信号,增强扫描呈轻度强化。结论:髓外造血的CT及MRI表现具有一定特征,结合临床资料能够提高其诊断正确率。Objective:To analyze the CT and MRI manifestations of extramedullary hematopoiesis(EMH)and to improve the accuracy of imaging diagnosis and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Methods:The imaging data of 14 patients with EMH confirmed by clinical follow-up were retrospectively analyzed,and the characteristic imaging manifestations of EMH were summarized.Results:11 of 14 cases showed multiple soft tissue masses on both sides of spine.4 of the 11 cases were accompanied by hepatosplenomegaly,especially the spleen enlargement,and 3 cases with pleural humeral or nodular soft tissue mass.There was only one case with parasternal soft tissue mass.2 cases underwent CT enhancement scan and showed uniform mild enhancement,but no enhancement of fat components.2 routine MRI plain and enhanced examinations,T1WI showed equal signal,T2WI showed low signal,DWI signal showed equal signal,and enhanced scan showed mild enhancement.Conclusions:The CT and MRI manifestations of EMH are characteristic,combined with clinical data,the accuracy of imaging diagnosis of this disease can be improved.
