摘　　要：目的了解社区健康管理下糖尿病患者的生命质量及其影响因素。方法采用糖尿病患者生命质量测定量表[QLICD-DM(V2.0)]对患者的生命质量进行评价并分析其影响因素。结果QLICD-DM(V2.0)各模块得分从高到低依次为特异模块、社会功能、心理功能、生理功能。生理功能的影响因素有性别、治疗方法、治疗效果和家庭经济情况;心理功能的影响因素有文化程度和家庭经济情况;社会功能的影响因素有职业、文化程度、医保类型和临床诊断类型;共性模块的影响因素有职业、文化程度、家庭经济状况、临床诊断类型和治疗方法;特异性模块的影响因素有职业、文化程度和家庭经济状况;生命质量总分的影响因素有职业,文化程度和家庭经济状况。结论糖尿病患者需加强健康教育,并注重自身疾病的日常治疗与控制、减少并发症与合并症的发生。社区健康管理更应关注年长者,为他们提供有效的医疗卫生服务和人文关怀,加强社区生活照护。Objective To understand the quality of life and its influencing factors of diabetic patients under the community health management. Methods The quality of life of diabetic patients was evaluated by the Quality of Life Instruments for Patients with Diabetic [QLICD-DM(V2.0)] and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The scores of each module of QLICD-DM(V2.0) from high to low were specific module, social function, psychological function,and physiological function. The influencing factors of physiological function included gender, treatment method, treatment effect,and family economic situation;the influencing factors of psychological function were educational level and family economic situation;the influencing factors of social function included occupation, education level, medical insurance type,and clinical diagnosis type;the influencing factors of common module included occupation, education level, family economic status, clinical diagnosis type,and treatment method;the influencing factors of specific modules were occupation, education level,and family economic status;the influencing factors of the total score of quality of life are occupation, education level,and family economic status. Conclusion Diabetes patients need to strengthen health education, and pay attention to daily treatment and control of their own diseases, and reduce complications and complications. Community health management should pay more attention to the elderly, provide them with effective medical and health services and humanistic care,and strengthen community life care.
