沂水县2016-2020年伤害死亡情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解沂水县居民伤害死亡的流行特征和疾病负担状况,为制定伤害防控策略提供参考依据。方法采用死亡率、构成比等指标分析伤害死亡情况,运用潜在减寿年数、平均减寿年数(AYLL)、减寿率(PYLLR)评估伤害的疾病负担。结果沂水县2016—2020年居民伤害死亡率为49.72/10^(5),男性伤害死亡率高于女性(χ^(2)=452.64,P<0.01)。伤害死因前五位的依次为道路交通事故、自杀、意外跌落、意外中断和淹死。0~14岁人群伤害的主要死因为淹死,15~64岁人群则是交通事故,65岁以上自杀和意外跌落的占比有所增加。平均减寿年数为28.17年,减寿率为12‰。结论伤害是沂水县的主要死因之一,男性伤害死亡率高于女性,不同年龄人群死亡伤害类型不同。应结合性别、年龄等情况,有针对性地采取综合性措施,减少伤害造成的疾病负担。Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and disease burden of injury death in Yishui County,and to provide reference for formulating injury prevention and control strategies.Methods The death rate and component ratio were used to analyze the injury death,and the potential years of life loss,Average Years of Life Lost(AYLL)and Potential Years of Life Lost Rate(PYLLR)were used to evaluate the disease burden of injury.Results The injury death rate of residents in Yishui County from 2016 to 2020 was 49.72/10^(5),and the injury death rate of men was higher than that of women(χ^(2)=452.64,P<0.01).The top five causes of injury death were road traffic accident,suicide,accidental fall,accidental interruption and drowning.Drowning is the main cause of injury for people aged from 0 to 14,while traffic accidents are for people aged from 15 to 64.The proportion of suicide and accidental fall over 65 has increased.The average number of years of life loss is 28.17 years,and the life loss rate is 12‰.Conclusion Injury is one of the main causes of death in Yishui County.The injury mortality of men is higher than that of women.The types of death and injury of people of different ages are different,resulting in the loss of life expectancy.Comprehensive measures should be taken in combination with gender and age to reduce the disease burden caused by injury.
