摘  要:针对公交专用道的“资源浪费”现象,提出一种在公交专用道上组织高承载率(High Occupancy Vehicle,HOV)车道的优化方法.首先,通过实地踏勘选定含有公交专用道的路段为研究对象,结合出行者使用HOV车道的意愿(Stated Preference,SP)调查结果,构建出行者选择HOV车道的Logit模型和相应的评价指标;其次,设计了在公交专用道上实施HOV2+和HOV3+的交通组织优化方案;最后,对比分析现状以及实施HOV2+和HOV3+的交通组织优化方案的效果.研究结果表明:将公交专用道改为HOV2+的交通组织优化方案,与现状相比总车辆数减少74辆,普通车道负荷度下降至0.6至0.7之间,出行总成本节约46.7%,很大程度上降低了普通车道的拥堵与出行总成本,并提升了公交专用道的利用率.To address the problem of“resource waste”of bus lanes,an optimization method is proposed,featuring planning and inserting High Occupancy Vehicle(HOV)lanes on bus lanes.Firstly,a road section containing bus lane is selected as the research object through field survey.According to the survey results of travelers’Stated Preference(SP)for using HOV lanes,the Logit model and corresponding evaluation indicators for travelers to choose HOV lanes are constructed.Then,the traffic planning and optimization scheme for implementing HOV2+and HOV3+on bus lane is designed.Finally,the current situation and the effect of implementing HOV2+and HOV3+in traffic planning and optimization schemes are compared and analyzed.The results show that the traffic organization optimization plan of changing bus lanes to HOV2+reduces the total number of vehicles by 74 compared with the current situation,the load degree of conventional lanes is reduced to 0.6-0.7,and the total travel cost is decreased by 46.7%.HOV lanes greatly reduce the congestion and total travel cost of conventional lanes,and improve the utilization of bus lanes.
