摘 要:大型摄影棚混合结构已经大量建设应用,采用粘滞阻尼器进行减震控制是保证其抗震安全性的有效手段.以某典型大型摄影棚混合结构作为研究对象,在屋盖网架和支承框架中综合布置粘滞阻尼器对结构进行减震控制.通过有限元软件SAP2000建立了结构的非线性有限元分析模型,对比分析了三维地震作用下原结构和减震结构的柱顶位移、基底剪力、网架杆件内力、结构弹塑性发展等各项指标,研究采用粘滞阻尼器对大型摄影棚整体结构进行减震控制的可行性.结果表明:罕遇地震下,减震结构的柱顶位移减小23%~29%,基底剪力减小15%~33%,可知粘滞阻尼器可减弱结构的地震响应;结构网架下弦杆应力比减小7%~40%,腹杆的减小幅值为5%~13%,上弦杆的相应减小幅值为8%~21%,可知粘滞阻尼器可降低屋盖网架杆件的应力比.减震结构在设防地震作用下,仍保持弹性状态;在罕遇地震作用下,仅部分屋盖网架杆件塑性发展明显,结构可达到“中震不坏,大震可修”的高性能设防目标.A great number of large-scale studio have adopted hybrid structure,and seismic reduction control through viscous damper is an effective way to ensure the seismic safety of such structure.A large-scale studio hybrid structure is selected as the research object,and viscous dampers are installed in the roof grid and supporting frame to achieve the seismic reduction control of the structure.The finite element software SAP 2000 is used to establish the nonlinear finite element analysis model of the structure.The indicators,including the column top displacement,base shear force,internal force of roof grid members,structural elastic-plastic development,of the original structure and seismic reduction structure are compared and analyzed under three-dimensional earthquake.The feasibility of seismic reduction control for the large-scale studio structure through viscous dampers is investigated.The research results indicate that under rare earthquake,the column top displacement is reduced 23%~29%,and the base shear force decreases by 15%~33%,demonstrating that the viscous dampers are able to weaken the structure’s seismic response.The stress ratio of bottom chord bar is reduced by 7%~40%,the decrease rate of web rod is 5%~13%,and the corresponding value for the upper chord bar is 8%~21%,denoting that the viscous dampers are able to reduce the internal force of roof grid members.Under moderate earthquakes,the damper-added structure still remains its elasticity.Moreover,under rare earthquakes,only some roof grid members show plastic development,the structure could achieve the high-performance target of“not damaged by moderate earthquakes and repairable under large earthquakes”.
