摘  要:考虑长初级双边直线感应电机次级长度的任意性,首先,以次级板为运动参考坐标系,基于电磁场理论建立非整数极距次级双边直线感应电机的数学模型,求解气隙磁通密度和次级电密的表达式,分析包含端部效应的气隙磁场和次级电密的纵向分布特征.其次,采用气隙磁场和次级电密积分推导了稳态推力以及推力波动表达式,计算了非整数极距次级电机各电磁推力及推力波动分量的机械特性曲线,分析了端部效应对电磁推力和波动的影响.最后,建立电机的有限元模型,计算了非整数极距次级电机推力特性曲线,并与解析计算的数值进行比较.研究结果表明:解析计算与有限元计算的结果一致,可以为长初级双边直线感应电机的设计和次级选取提供理论依据和计算方法.Considering that the secondary length of long primary Double-sided Linear Induction Motor(DLIM)can be arbitrary,firstly,the mathematical model of DLIM with secondary of non-integral multiple pole pitch length is established based on electromagnetic field theory.The expressions of the air gap flux density and secondary current density of the DLIM are derived,and the longitudinal distribution characteristics of the air gap flux density and the secondary current density including end effect are analyzed.Then,the expressions of steady thrust and thrust ripple are deduced by integrating the product of the air gap magnetic field and secondary electric density.The mechanical characteristic curves of electromagnetic thrust components and its ripple components with slip are calculated,and the impact of end effect on the electromagnetic thrust and force ripple are investigated.Finally,the thrust characteristics curve of the DLIM with secondary non-integral multiple pole pitch length are obtained based on the built Finite Element Method(FEM)simulation model,then it is compared with the analytical results.The research results show that the analytical results are consistent with that of the FEM calculation,which provides theoretical basis and calculation method for the design and secondary selection of long primary DLIMs.
