摘　　要：海南某酒店为钢筋混凝土框架结构,由于使用要求变化,需进行移位。对托换结构施工技术、控制指标、移位车辆布置原则及方法等进行研究,分析实际顶升力与计算值产生偏差的原因,并进行道路预压检验。运输时采用实时监控调整下的逐级分步加载装车,并基于速度、加速度、倾斜率、托换结构变形与应力等,控制运输过程和高精度就位。A hotel in Hainan is a reinforced concrete frame structure,which needs to move due to changes in usage requirements.This paper studies the underpinning structure construction technology,control indicators,principles and methods of displacement vehicle layout,analyzes the reasons for the deviation between the actual jacking force and the calculated value,and conducts road preload inspection.During transportation,step-by-step loading and loading under real-time monitoring and adjustment is adopted,and the transportation process and high-precision positioning are controlled based on speed,acceleration,inclination rate,deformation and stress of the underpinning structure,etc.
