摘 要:结合哈尔滨太平国际机场T2航站楼项目,对大型预应力雨棚拆除及邻跨结构加固技术进行研究,对雨棚结构卸载、原T1航站楼结构加固、雨棚楼板拆除、雨棚次梁拆除、雨棚主梁拆除等进行详细叙述。在预应力雨棚拆除过程中,为保证既有建筑结构安全,优先对临跨结构进行粘钢加固,并使用液压绳锯、液压墙锯等设备进行拆除。相比使用风镐、电镐等设备进行拆除,本研究提出的加固技术可加快施工进度,提高施工安全性,降低现场粉尘、噪声污染,取得良好施工效果。Combined with the Harbin Taiping International Airport Terminal T2 project,the large-span prestressed canopy demolition technology and the adjacent span structure reinforcement technology are studied.The unloading of the canopy structure,the structural reinforcement of the original airport terminal T1,the removal of the canopy board,the removal of the junior beam of the canopy,and the removal of the main beam of the canopy are described in detail.During the demolition of the prestressed canopy,in order to ensure the safety of the existing building structure,priority is given to reinforcing the adjacent span structure by bonding steel method,and using hydraulic wire saws,hydraulic wall saws and other equipment for demolition.Compared with the use of air picks,electric picks and other equipment for demolition,the reinforcement technology proposed in this study speeds up the construction progress,improves construction safety,reduces on-site dust and noise pollution,and achieves good construction results.
