摘  要:基于美国标准规定,为菲律宾棉兰老岛哥打巴托市KCC商场桩基工程设计最优混凝土配合比,以保证混凝土坍落度大、初凝时间长、工作性能及早强性能好,可将其用于滨海炎热气候下、含盐带腐蚀性地下水沼泽淤泥环境中大体量旋挖灌注桩浇筑。因工程所在地粗骨料存在集配断级、吸水率高、含有多孔砂岩等问题,常规混凝土配合比经验值不适用。经反复试配、比选,最终得到混凝土最优配合比,其中水泥用量为423kg/m^(3),粉煤灰用量为37kg/m^(3),水灰比为0.42,砂率为64.28%,骨料体积占比为64.4%,可使混凝土坍落度为21~23cm,初凝时间为5.5h,7d强度达到或超过了75%设计值(34.5MPa),14d强度达设计值,28d强度较接近施工目标值(41.4MPa)。Based on American standards,the optimal concrete mix ratio was designed for the pile foundation project of KCC Mall in Cotabato,Mindanao,Philippines,to ensure large concrete slump,long initial setting time,good working performance and early strength performance.The concrete can be used for the casting of large-scale rotary excavation cast-in-place piles in the coastal hot climate and the salty corrosive groundwater swamp silt environment.Because the coarse aggregate in the project site has problems such as collection and distribution failure,high water absorption,and porous sandstone,the empirical value of conventional concrete mix ratio is not applicable.After repeated trials and comparisons,the optimal mix ratio of concrete was finally obtained.The cement dosage is 423kg/m^(3).The fly ash dosage is 37kg/m^(3).The water-cement ratio is 0.42.The sand ratio is 64.28%.The aggregate volume ratio is 64.4%.The mix ratio can make the concrete slump is 21~23cm,the initial setting time is 5.5h,the 7d strength reaches or exceeds 75%of the design value,the 14d strength reaches the design value,and the 28d strength is closer to the construction target value.
