摘  要:整体自适应智能顶升桥塔平台是一种用于大型桥梁塔柱或桥墩施工的新型施工平台。通过对多功能自平衡支撑系统、整体式自适应框架系统、双模板循环施工系统、综合智能监控系统等核心技术的研发,实现结构自适应性功能,全面提升高塔、高墩施工安全性、施工效率,改变高塔、高墩施工长期依赖传统液压爬模的行业现状,为高塔、高墩施工提供新的解决方案。该桥塔平台应用于宜昌伍家岗长江大桥,各项技术指标符合设计预期目标,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。The integral self-adaptive intelligent jacking bridge tower platform is a new type of construction platform used for the construction of large bridge towers or piers.Through the research and development of core technologies such as multi-functional self-balancing support system,integral self-adaptive frame system,dual formwork cycle construction system,and comprehensive intelligent monitoring system,the self-adaptive function of the structure is realized,the construction safety and construction efficiency of high towers and high piers are comprehensively improved,the industry status quo that the construction of high towers and high piers has long relied on traditional hydraulic climbing formwork is changed,and which provides new solutions for the construction of high towers and high piers.The pylon platform is applied to Wujiagang Yangtze River Bridge in Yichang,and various technical indicators meet the expected design goals and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
