摘  要:为解决大跨度钢结构连廊整体安装施工难点,针对某工程大跨度钢结构连廊采用两侧分段吊装+中间整体提升的施工方案进行研究。介绍该工程方案选择和施工步骤,采用MIDAS Gen软件进行钢结构连廊施工过程数值模拟计算,并与钢结构连廊一次成型结构模拟进行比较,结果表明,采用“两侧分段吊装+中间整体提升”施工方案对结构变形和构件应力影响较小,与一次成型结构相差不大,验证了该施工方案可行性和安全性。In order to solve the difficulties in the overall installation construction of large-span steel structure corridors,the construction scheme of the large-span steel structure corridors of a project using two-sided hoisting+middle overall lifting was studied.The selection and construction steps of the project are introduced.MIDAS Gen software is used to carry out the numerical simulation calculation of the construction process of the steel structure corridor,and it is compared with the one-time forming structure simulation of the steel structure corridor.The construction scheme of two-sided hoisting+middle overall lifting has little effect on the structural deformation and component stress,which is not much different from the one-time forming structure,which verifies the feasibility and safety of the construction scheme.
