摘　　要：大跨度大截面劲性梁安装工艺复杂、难度大、风险高,结合实际工程对大跨度大截面劲性梁安装施工工艺进行研究,形成劲性梁结构安装施工技术,可降低施工作业难度,提高施工作业效率和质量。对劲性梁钢骨安装与混凝土浇筑进行分析,保证劲性梁结构在施工阶段不同工况下的安全性与可靠性;同时考虑钢骨架存在初始应力条件,对劲性梁结构在正常使用下进行安全验算,结果表明劲性梁仍具有较大的安全储备。The installation process of long-span and large-section stiff beams is complex,difficult,and high-risk.Combined with actual projects,the installation construction process of long-span and largesection stiff beams is studied to form stiff beam structure installation construction technology,which can reduce the difficulty of construction operations,improve the efficiency and quality of construction work.The steel frame installation and concrete pouring of the stiff beam are analyzed to ensure the safety and reliability of the stiff beam structure under different working conditions during the construction stage.At the same time,for the existence of initial stress conditions of the steel frame,the stiff beam structure is safe under normal use.The verification results show that the stiff beam still has a large safety reserve.
