摘  要:曲线钢箱梁桥在步履式顶推过程中,影响横向倾覆稳定性的因素规律、控制指标和标准等尚未完全明确。针对曲线钢箱梁桥,分别考虑设计参数和施工参数,分析曲率半径、顶推跨径、桥梁宽度与稳定系数的相关性,并系统研究支点脱空、支点纵横向间距以及轴线偏移等因素对钢箱梁桥横向倾覆稳定性的影响规律,提出稳定控制措施和量化控制指标。结果表明:在顶推施工过程中,边支点和外弧侧支点脱空可能导致钢箱梁倾覆失稳,应严格控制各支点顶推力,使其均衡受力、共同作用;当支点横向间距>7B/12(B为桥梁宽度)、纵向间距>L/3(L为顶推跨径)时具有较高稳定性;轴线偏移量不宜超过10 cm并应及时纠偏;顶推跨径应尽量控制在60 m以内;设计时应尽量避免选用约150 m的桥梁曲率半径;须重点关注轴线偏移对较宽曲线梁桥及支点脱空对较窄匝道桥的横向倾覆稳定性影响。When curved steel box girder bridges are jacked by the way of walking-type jacking,the influence rules,control index and standard are still unclear to the factors to lateral capsizing stability of bridges.For curved steel box girder bridges,considering the design parameters and construction parameters respectively,the correlation of curvature radius,jacking span,bridge width and stability coefficient were analyzed,and the influence of factors such as fulcrum cavitation,fulcrum longitudinal and transverse distance and axis deviation on transverse overturning stability of steel box girder bridges were systematically studied.The results show that,in the process of jacking construction,the side fulcrum and the side fulcrum of the outer arc are emptied,which may lead to the overturning and instability of the steel box girder,so the jacking force of each fulcrum should be strictly controlled to make it work together with balanced force.When the transverse spacing of fulcrum is greater than 7B/12(B is the width of the bridge)and the longitudinal spacing is greater than L/3(L is the span of the jacking),the bridge has better stability.The axis offset should not exceed 10 cm and should be rectified in time.Top push span should be controlled within 60 m.In the design,the curvature radius of 150 m is avoided as far as possible.It is necessary to focus on the influence of the lateral overturning stability of axial deflection on wider curved girder bridges and fulcrum cavitation on narrower ramp bridges.
