摘  要:为了探索掌叶木种子萌发的最佳处理,提高种子萌发率,本文研究了赤霉素(GA_(3))和萘乙酸(NAA)两种不同植物激素及其不同浓度,以及浸种时间对掌叶木种子发芽特性的影响,结果表明:一定浓度范围内(50~200 mg/L)的GA_(3)、NAA溶液处理对掌叶木种子的发芽率和发芽势均具有显著的促进作用。200 mg/L的NAA和50 mg/L的GA_(3)处理时种子发芽率和发芽势最高。浓度在50~100 mg/L时,GA_(3)处理的,种子发芽率和发芽势均高于NAA处理。NAA浸种2 d时种子的发芽率和发芽势高于4 d和6 d。In order to get the best treatment to improve seed germination rate,the effects of two different phytohormones,gibberellin (GA_(3) and naphthylacetic acid(NAA)with different concentration,as well as different soaking time on Handeliodendron bodinieri seed germination were studied.The results showed that the seed germination rate and potential of Handeliodendron bodinieri were promoted while being treated within a certain concentration range(50~200mg/L)GA_(3) and NAA.Seeds had the best germination features in treatment of 200 mg/L NAA and 50 mg/L GA_(3).The seed germination rate and germination potential of GA_(3) treatment were both higher than those of NAA treatment when the concentration was 50~100 mg/L.The germination rate and germination potential of seeds soaked with NAA for 2 days were higher than those for 4 and 6 days.
