摘 要:实验室自动化、智能化的发展及分子生物技术、免疫标记技术、质谱技术等新技术的成熟与应用,不仅为医学检验的发展提供了新的契机,同时也对人才培养提出了新要求。新医科背景下,医学检验学科体系的改革和教学理论的创新,丰富和发展了其学科内涵,也促使医学检验走上“医理工”多学科交叉融合发展之路。随着医学检验本科学制“五改四”并被归入新设置的“医学技术”一级学科,培养以医学技术为主、临床医学为辅的检验技师成为本科教育主要任务。这些变化也促使了医学检验教育教学发展重点的转变,如何培养出适应新形势的高素质人才成为医学检验教育的关键。本文面向国家重大战略需求,明确了多学科交叉融合是医学检验专业发展的必由之路,同时立足学科交叉融合探讨新医科背景下当前医学检验本科生培养中存在的问题,并探索多学科交叉融合人才培养模式在医学检验本科教学中的应用,以期为医学检验人才培养模式的改革提供理论依据、为创新人才培养模式提供新思路。医学检验学科发展应牢牢把握多学科交叉融合新方向,培养出兼具医学基础知识、临床检验实践能力和前沿检验技术的高素质复合型检验人才。The development of laboratory automation and intelligence,as well as the maturity and application of new technologies such as molecular biotechnology,immunolabeling technology,and mass spectrometry technology,not only provide new opportunities for the development of medical laboratory science,but also put forward new requirements for talent development.In the context of New Medical Science,the innovation of teaching theory and the reform of the disciplinary system have enriched and developed the connotation of medical laboratory science,and it has also been promoted to embark on the road of medical-science-engineering multi-disciplinary integration.With the four instead of five schooling length change and integration into the newly established medical technology discipline of medical laboratory science,cultivation of laboratory technicians who mainly rely on medical technology supplemented by clinical medicine has become the main task of undergraduate education.These changes have contributed to transformation of development priorities in the field of medical laboratory education and teaching.The approach of cultivating high-quality talents which adapt to the new situation has become the key point to medical laboratory education.Regarding major strategies of our country,this article clarified that multidisciplinary integration is the only way for the development of medical laboratory science.Considering the trend of multidisciplinary development,this article explored the potential problems in the education of undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory science in the background of New Medical Science.This article also explored the application of the multidisciplinary integration in talent development mode of undergraduates majoring in medical laboratory science,hoping to provide theoretical basis and innovative ideas for the reform of the talent development mode.The development of medical laboratory science should firmly grasp the new direction of multidisciplinary integration to cultivate high-quality compound
