摘 要:随着激光切割机的高速化、高功率化、智能化程度越来越高,作为其关键功能部件的切割头,其在切割过程中的焦点控制对零件的切割质量和切割效率有着重要影响。着重分析光纤切割头和CO_(2)切割头的光路机理,详细研究切割头的焦点位置控制技术和焦斑直径控制方法,从几何光学角度推导出焦点位置变动量和焦斑直径的理论公式,可为切割头的设计与改进提供理论参考依据。With the increasing speed,power and intelligence of laser cutting machines,for the cutting head as the key functional component,the focus control in the cutting process has a significant impact on the cutting quality and cutting efficiency of parts.With an emphasis on the analysis of the optical path mechanism of the fiber cutting head and the CO_(2) cutting head,the focal position control technology and focal spot diameter control method of the cutting head are studied in detail,and the theoretical formula of the focal position variation and focal spot diameter are derived from the perspective of geometrical optics,providing a theoretical basis and reference for the design and improvement of the cutting head.
