摘　　要：以邻氟苯甲醛和芳胺为原料,通过叠氮化和氨化还原反应的“一锅法”两步反应,以温和的反应条件和高的收率合成了一组N-芳基-2-叠氮基苄基胺类化合物,并对反应中的各组分配料比等条件进行了优化。各产物的结构都通过1H NMR和13C NMR进行了表征。Using o-fluorobenzaldehyde and aromatic amine as raw materials,a group of N-aryl groups are synthesized through the“one-pot”two-step reaction of azide and amination reduction reaction,a group of n-aryl-2-azido benzylamines are synthesized under mild reaction conditions and high yield,and optimizes the conditions such as the ratio of each component in the reaction.The structure of each product ischaracterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
