摘　　要：2020年12月1日实施的《上海市农药管理规定》,明确提出了上海市农药经营实行电子台账和销售实名制度。《规定》落实一年来,上海农药经营实名销售制度推进方面取得了显著成效,但也存在一些问题。本文介绍了上海市农药经营销售实名制实施情况,分析了实名制销售制度的现状、存在的问题,并对下一步做好农药经营销售实名制提出了建议。The Regulations of Shanghai municipality on pesticide Management,which took effect on December 1,2020,put forward the implementation of electronic ledger and real-name sales system for pesticide business in Shanghai.Shanghai pesticide business and sale real-name system has made significant progress since one year of the implementation of the Regulation,though some issues really exist.This paper introduced the implementation of the real name system of pesticide business and sale in Shanghai,analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the system.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for the real name system of pesticide business and sale.
