摘　　要：目的:调查老年糖尿病衰弱患者的运动情况,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用便利抽样法选取成都市某三甲医院内分泌科老年糖尿病衰弱患者195例为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、老年糖尿病特异性运动锻炼问卷(SEQSDM)、老年抑郁量表进行调查。结果:老年糖尿病衰弱患者SEQ-SDM总分为(3.57±0.43)分。多元线性回归分析发现年龄、学历、婚姻状况、居住情况、合并症数量、低血糖反应、抑郁是老年糖尿病衰弱患者运动的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病衰弱患者的运动情况不佳,受多种因素影响,应引起社会关注,并采取有效的应对措施提高患者的运动积极性,延长其健康寿命。Objective:To investigate the exercise status of elderly diabetes patients with frailty and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 195 elderly diabetes patients with frailty in the Department of Endocrinology of a 3 A hospital in Chengdu were selected by convenience sampling.A investigation was perforemed by using the general data questionnaire,specific exercise questionnaire for senile diabetes mellitus(SEQ-SDM)and geriatric depression scale.Results:The total score of SEQ-SDM in elderly diabetes patients was(3.57±0.43)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,education,marital status,residence,number of comorbidities,hypoglycemic response and depression were the influencing factors of exercise in elderly diabetes patients with frailty(P<0.05).Conclusion:The exercise status of elderly diabetes patients with frailty is poor,which is affected by multiple factors.It should arouse social attention and effective countermeasures should be taken to improve the exercise enthusiasm of these patients and prolong their healthy life span.
