摘  要:目的:研究膝骨关节炎(KOA)合并高血压患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平变化。方法:纳入540例KOA患者,分为单纯KOA组297例(轻度KOA组61例、重度KOA组236例)及高血压KOA组243例,检测患者的SOD、Hcy水平。结果:重度KOA组与轻度KOA组相比,SOD降低、Hcy升高(P<0.01);高血压KOA组与单纯KOA组相比,SOD降低、Hcy升高(P<0.01)。结论:KOA患者合并高血压可显著降低SOD水平及升高Hcy水平,导致氧化应激及内皮损伤加重,是KOA病情恶化的重要原因,有效控制KOA患者血压可能是减缓KOA进展的又一治疗途径。Objective: To study the changes of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and homocysteine( Hcy) levels in patients with knee osteoarthritis( KOA) complicated with hypertension. Methods: 540 patients with KOA were divided into simple KOA group( n = 297,including 61 cases of mild KOA and 236 cases of severe KOA) and hypertensive KOA group( n = 243). SOD and Hcy levels were measured in patients. Results: SOD decreased and Hcy increased in severe KOA group compared with mild KOA group( P < 0. 01),SOD decreased and Hcy increased in hypertensive KOA group compared with simple KOA group( P < 0. 01).Conclusion: KOA patients complicated with hypertension can significantly reduce the level of SOD and increase the level of Hcy,leading to oxidative stress and aggravation of endothelial injury,which is an important cause of the deterioration of KOA. Effective control of blood pressure in patients with KOA may be another therapeutic approach to slow down the progression of KOA.
