土地转入对小农户内生借贷需求的影响机制分析——以粮食主产区江西省为例

摘　　要：尽管通过土地流转扩大经营规模被认为能够提高农户的借贷需求,但关于土地转入对借贷需求的影响机制,尚未阐述清晰。文章认为,通过土地流转带来的经营规模的变化将引致要素配置的相应变化,即增加劳动力和机械投入,进而增加农户借贷需求。文章基于粮食主产区江西省1 080户小农户数据,使用中介效应模型考察土地转入对小农户借贷需求影响的内在机制。结果表明:机械投入即购买农机服务在土地转入影响小农户借贷需求过程中发挥显著的中介效应,中介效应占总效应的63.50%;劳动力投入即雇佣农业劳动力的中介效应不显著。由此指出,为促进小农户与现代农业有机衔接,并为农村金融市场发展提供良好机遇,要持续推进小农户土地流转工作、坚持发展和完善农机社会化服务。Although the expansion of the scale of operations through land transfer can increase the loaning demand of farmers, the mechanism of the impact of land transfer on it has not been clearly stated. This paper argues that the change of business scale brought by land transfer leads to the corresponding change of marketing factor allocation, that is, increasing labor and machinery input, and then increasing the farmers’ demand for loans. Based on the data of 1,080 farmers in Jiangxi Province, a main grain producing area, this paper uses the intermediary effect model to examine the internal mechanism of the impact of land transfer on the borrowing demand of small farmers. The results show that mechanical input, namely the purchase of agricultural machinery services, plays a significant mediating effect in the process of land transfer on the farmer’s demand for loans, and the mediating effect accounts for 63.50% of the total effect;the mediating effect of labor input, i.e., hired labor, is not significant. Therefore, it is pointed out that in order to promote the organic connection between farmers and modern agriculture and provide good opportunities for the development of rural financial markets, we must continue to promote the land transfer of farmers, develop and improve the social services of agricultural machinery.
