空间生产视角下的乡村价值实现——以南京市浦口区“珍珠村”建设实践为例

摘　　要：乡村振兴的关键是实现乡村作为地域空间的多元价值。基于列斐伏尔空间生产理论“空间的表征—空间的实践—表征的空间”三个分析维度,构建乡村价值实现路径的理论分析框架。通过深入解析南京市浦口区“珍珠村”的建设案例,凝练乡村价值实现的有效经验。即从“空间的表征”看,要科学制定乡村发展规划,强化整体设计,创新乡村多元价值的实现路径;从“空间的实践”看,要从乡村资源禀赋出发,促进三产融合,有效落实乡村多元价值的实现手段;从“表征的空间”看,要建立利益共享机制,确保乡村多元价值的可持续实现。因此,乡村建设行动应该遵循“科学设计乡村空间布局——统筹推进乡村产业融合——实现乡村各主体利益共享”的实施路径。The key to rural vitalization is to realize the diversified value of rural as regional space.Based on the three analysis dimensions of Lefebvre s spatial production theory“spatial representation-spatial practice-representational space”,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework of rural value realization path,and condenses the effective experience of rural value realization by deeply analyzing the construction case of“Pearl Village”at the Suburban Nanjing.From the perspective of“spatial representation”,we should scientifically formulate rural development planning,strengthen the overall design,and innovate the realization path of rural multiple values.From the perspective of“space practice”,we should start from the rural resource endowment,promote the integration of three industries,and effectively implement the means to realize rural diversified values.From the perspective of“representation space”,we should establish a benefit-sharing mechanism to ensure the sustainable realization of rural multiple values.Therefore,the rural construction action should follow the implementation path of“scientifically designing the rural spatial layout,comprehensively promoting the integration of rural industries,and realizing the benefit-sharing of all rural subjects”.
