摘　　要：遗传学实验是一门集遗传学思想、遗传学理论和实验技术于一体的课程。提高学生动手能力、创新设计能力和培养学生的科研思维是实验教学体系改进的重要方面。探索遗传学实验的基础性实验内容、验证性实验内容,并建立开放式实验模式、增加学生自主设计综合性实验,为进一步深化遗传学实验教学改革提供参考。Genetic experiment was a comprehensive and technical course integrating genetic ideas,theories and experimental techniques.How to improve students’practical ability,creative design ability and scientific research thinking are important aspects of the improvement of experimental teaching system.Explore the contents of basic experiments,confirmatory experiments,establish an open experimental mode,increase the exploration of students’independent design of comprehensive experiments and the reform of examination methods,so as to provide reference for further deepening the reform of genetics experiment teaching.
