摘 要:随着数据传输速率的不断增长,6G无线通信系统需要采用新的频谱资源。太赫兹频段因其具有高带宽、高速率等特点,在未来的无线通信领域具有极大的优势。另一方面,为了应对未来无线通信网络全球覆盖的要求,6G通信网络需要集成地面通信网络和空间通信网络。本文利用射线追踪理论,对太赫兹频段的星间通信链路的确定性信道模型进行了研究。由于太赫兹频率较高,该模型的反射和散射考虑了物体表面粗糙度的影响,其次针对星间通信链路的高动态性,考虑了多普勒频移特性。基于该模型,在同轨道面和异轨道面星间链路场景下,分析了1 THz通信频率下的关键信道参数,包括接收功率、莱斯K因子、时延扩展和角度扩展。With the continuous growth of data transmission rate,6G wireless communication system needs to use new spectrum resources.Terahertz band has great advantages in the future wireless communication field because of its high bandwidth and high speed.On the other hand,in order to meet the global coverage requirements of future wireless communication network,6G wireless communication network needs to integrate ground wireless communication network and space communication network.In this paper,the deterministic channel model of terahertz inter satellite communication link is studied by using ray tracing theory.Due to the high frequency of terahertz,the influence of surface roughness was considered in the reflection and scattering rays of the model,and the Doppler shift was considered for the high dynamic of inter-satellite communication link.Based on the model,the key channel parameters of 1 THz carrier frequency,including received power,rices K factor,delay spread and angle spread,were analyzed in the intra-orbit and inter-orbit inter-satellite link scenarios.
