摘  要:病理学是医学院校本科教学中基础医学与临床医学之间的桥梁学科,起到承上启下的重要作用。传统填鸭式教学模式会导致各章节知识点碎片化,前后章节联系脱节,影响学生对知识的系统性理解和掌握。本教学团队在前期的教学改革工作中分别接触和使用了多种智慧教学工具:(1)人卫慕课:短小精干、重点突出,学生可以反复观看,有利于抓住章节的重点;(2)雨课堂及人卫教学助手:可以实现学生实时答题,多种师生互动模式,实现课前—课上—课后多个环节沟通学习;(3)PBL和CPC教学运用在翻转课堂:建立以“学生为中心”的教学模式,激发学生学习的主观能动性。这些智慧教学手段各有特点,利弊不同,本教学团队现阶段开始尝试结合自身优势及特点,将多种智慧教学手段整合运用,取其精华,逐步形成具有本校特色的系统性教学改革体系,以求进一步提升病理学的本科教学质量,达到满意的教学效果,培养学生自主学习的能力和临床思维能力,并持续应用下去。Pathology is a bridging subject between basic medicine and clinical medicine in undergraduate teaching of medical colleges and universities,which plays an important role in connecting the preceding and the following.The traditional cramming teaching model will lead to the fragmentation of knowledge points in each chapter,and the disconnection between the previous chapters,which will affect students'systematic understanding and mastery of knowledge.The teaching team has contacted and used a variety of wisdom teaching tools in the early stage of teaching reform:(1)People's Medical Publishing House MOOCs:short and concise,with prominent focus.Students can watch them repeatedly,which is beneficial to grasp the key points of the chapters;(2)Rain classroom and People's Medical Publishing House teaching assistant:students can answer questions in real time,a variety of teacher-student interaction modes,and achieve pre-class,in-class and after-class communication and learning;(3)Application of PBL and CPC teaching in flipped classroom:a"student-centered"teaching mode is established to give full play to students'subjective initiative in learning.These wisdom teaching methods have their own characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of different,the teaching team at this stage started trying to combine their own advantages and characteristics of integrating multiple intelligence teaching means,take its essence,with gradually formed systemic teaching reform system,in order to further improve the quality of undergraduate teaching of pathology,achieve satisfactory teaching effect,cultivating students'autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking ability,and continuous application.
