摘 要:目前对雷电灾害风险组成的三要素的系统研究还不够深入,导致风险评估体系和模型发展受限。雷击易损性是风险评估中重要的组成部分,国外在IEC62305-2的基础上,采用典型值计算易损性,普适性较好,但是准确性不高,国内常利用层次分析法提炼相关的指标集表征雷击易损性,针对性更好,但主观性太强导致方法不能推广使用。在深入研究雷电成灾机制的基础上,针对具体项目可以建立电气仿真模型,通过计算雷击电磁场的分布,能够定量地计算评估对象的雷击易损性。该方法有着很好的适用性,能完善现有的雷电灾害风险评估体系,还能在在特定情况下分析雷击隐患。With the development of society,the limitation and applicability of the existing lightning disaster risk assessment methods are gradually increasing,which often fail to meet the assessment requirements.At present,the systematic research on the three elements of lightning disaster risk is not deep enough,which results in the limited development of risk assessment system and model.On the basis of in-depth study of lightning disaster mechanism,an electrical simulation model can be established for specific projects.By calculating the distribution of lightning electromagnetic field,the impact of lightning on the assessment object and surrounding objects can be calculated accurately,so that the vulnerability of the assessment object can be calculated quantitatively.This method has a good applicability,which can provide a new idea for the vulnera-bility study of lightning disaster risk assessment,improve the existing lightning disaster risk assessment system,and ana-lyze the lightning hazard in specific circumstances.
