摘　　要：为提高思政教育水平,增强学生学习兴趣,设计了一种基于网络多媒体技术的思政教育平台。利用对计算机的管控,将压缩技术作为核心技术,安装位置可调节摄像机以及灵敏度较高的拾音器,对各路视频与音频素材进行采集,在硬盘录像机中完成压缩保存处理,利用网络传输至服务器点对点连接与内部多点播送,实现平台内点播与直播。经验证,设计平台实用性很强,响应好。In order to improve the level of ideological and political education,a platform of Ideological and political education based on network multimedia technology is designed.With the control of the computer,the compression technology is taken as the core technology,the camera with adjustable installation position and the pickup with high sensitivity are used to col-lect the video and audio materials of each channel.The compression and storage processing is completed in the hard disk video recorder,and the network transmission to the server point-to-point connection and internal multi-point broadcast are used to realize on-demand and live broadcasting on the platform.After verification,the design platform has strong practi-cability and good response.
