国医大师治疗心悸病辨治用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的分析国医大师治疗心悸病的用药规律,总结国医大师的独特临证经验,为中医药临床治疗心悸病提供借鉴和参考。方法检索90位国医大师治疗心悸病的经验与验案,对其中药方剂进行汇总统计分析。统计药物的频次、性味、归经,利用关联规则Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类法等对中药组方规律进行研究。结果共检索到22位国医大师,验案78个,共计186味中药。所用中药性味多为辛甘温,主要归心、肺、脾三经。高频药物有丹参、茯苓、炙甘草、酸枣仁、麦冬等。常用对药有丹参-茯苓、酸枣仁-丹参、炙甘草-丹参等。结论国医大师治疗心悸病用药常以益气温阳、滋阴补血、活血化痰为法,强调寒温并用,以扶正为主,兼以祛除有形之邪,达到标本同治的目的。Objective To explore the prescription rule of traditional Chinese medicine masters for the treatment of heart palpitations,summarize the unique clinical experience of Chinese medicine masters,and to provide reference for the clinical treatment of heart palpitations with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The data of 90 masters of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of heart palpitations were retrieved.The frequency,nature,taste,and meridian of medicines were counted.The prescription regularity of traditional Chinese medicine were studied using the association rule Apriori algorithm,complex system entropy clustering method,etc.Results A total of 22 masters of traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved,78 cases were verified,and 186 Chinese medicines were found.The nature and,flavor of the traditional Chinese medicines were mostly warm property,spicy and sweet flavor,the three meridians were heart,lung and spleen mainly.High-frequency herbs included Salvia,Poria cocos,Radix liquiritiae,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Ophiopogon and so on.The popular medicines include Salvia-Poria cocos,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae-Salvia,Radix liquiritiae-Salvia and so on.Conclusion Masters of traditional Chinese medicine often adopted the methods of benefiting qi and yang,nourishing yin and blood,promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm,emphasized the combination of cold and warm in the treatment of heart palpitations.It focuses on reinforcing the healthy and removing tangible evils,so as to achieve the purpose of treating the symptoms and removing the of causes.
