摘  要:介绍了PDC工具制造过程中,如何选择PDC(聚晶金刚石复合片),如何减少刃磨时间。目的是用最简单的方法来判定PDC的优劣,并去掉修电极的时间。方法是用万能试验机测试PDC的抗剪强度,并用多工位石墨仿形电极进行PDC的放电加工。试验结果表明,测试数据与扫描电镜分析一致,放电加工工时降低了40%。因此可以用文章中的方法进行PDC的选材和放电加工。但是不能测试PDC的耐磨性等,也未从本质上加快放电加工效率。This paper introduces how to select PDC(Polycrystalline Diamond Compacts)and how to reduce grinding time in the manufacturing process of PDC tools.The purpose is to use the simplest method to determine the advantages and disadvantages of PDC and remove the time for electrode repair.The method is to test the shear strength of PDC with universal testing machine,and the electric discharge machining of PDC is carried out with multi-station graphite profiling electrode.The test result shows that the test data are consistent with the analysis of SEM,and the working hours of EDM are reduced by 40%.Therefore,the method in this paper can be used for PDC material selection and EDM.However,this paper can not test the wear resistance of PDC,and does not essentially accelerate the efficiency of EDM.
