摘  要:焦化厂传统脱硫工段一般仅考虑H2S的脱除,同时脱除H2S和有机硫的工业案例较少。随着钢铁企业超低排放政策的逐步实施,采用煤气源头精脱硫治理的方式来实现烟气达标排放已成为共识。文章对现阶段行业内常见的五种焦炉煤气精脱硫工艺方案进行对比分析,以某焦化厂的实际案例为例,重点介绍了湿法氧化法精脱硫工艺,为工程设计和用户选择方案提供了可靠的参考。The traditional desulfurization section of coking plant generally only considers the removal of H2S,and there are few industrial cases of removing H2S and organic sulfur at the same time.With the gradual implementation of ultra-low emission policy in iron and steel enterprises,it has become a consensus to adopt the method of fine desulfurization of gas source to achieve flue gas emission up to standard.This paper makes a comparative analysis of five common fine desulfurization process schemes of coke oven gas in the industry at the present stage.Taking the actual case of a coking plant as an example,focuses on the fine desulfurization process of wet oxidation method,which provides a reliable reference for engineering design and user selection.
