摘　　要：从肉牛养殖、牛肉生产、牛肉价格、进出口贸易及消费变化等方面分析了国内肉牛产业发展现状,并分析了肉牛产业发展面临的国内人口增长、消费量增长、资源约束性增强、牛肉生产增长缓慢、环保压力增大、疫病防控压力增大、进口量不断增长、种源问题突出等问题。基于以上问题,提出加大政策的扶持力度、增加肉牛产业科研投入、发展社会化服务体系、培育发展肉牛企业全产业链生产模式等建议。This paper analyzed current situation of the development of the domestic beef cattle industry from the aspects of beef cattle breeding,beef production,beef price,beef imports and exports,and beef consumption,and investigated the industrial development problems including the growth of human population and beef consumption,the enhancement of resource constraint,the slow growth of beef production,increasing pressure on environmental protection and disease prevention and control,increasing imports,and significant beef cattle provenance problems etc.Based on existing problems,this paper proposed suggestions to increase policy support,to increase investment in scientific research of beef cattle industry,to develop socialized service system,and to cultivate the whole industry chain operation mode for beef cattle enterprises.
