摘  要:基于ABAQUS建立前轴台架试验仿真CAE模型,运用该模型完成了一种重卡前桥的有限元分析,获得前轴预设点的理论应变值。进行前轴台架试验,通过台架试验完成了前轴的应变检测,提取了各预设点的应变试验值。通过仿真结果与试验结果的对比,分析前轴台架试验误差,完成了试验台架的改进。Based on ABAQUS, the CAE model of the front axle bench test simulation is established, and the static analysis of the front axle of a heavy truck is completed by using the model, and the theoretical strain value of the front axle preset point is obtained. The front axle bench test is carried out, the strain test of the front axle is completed, and the strain test values of each preset point are extracted. By comparing the simulation results with the test results, the error analysis of the front axle bench test is carried out, and the bench scheme optimization is completed.
