摘 要:文章介绍了某细粒复杂难选萤石浮选精矿应用高梯度磁选机提质降杂的试验研究。在磨矿粒度小于0.013 mm占70%的条件下,实验室通过高梯度磁选机,在不同场强的情况下对浮选精矿进行磁选试验。试验结果表明:随着磁场强度升高,磁性杂质去除越多,萤石矿物含量逐渐升高,非磁性产品产率和萤石回收率均随场强升高而降低,在磁场强度为1.7 T时,精矿萤石矿物含量从84.97%提升至93.63%,回收率为59.51%,提出了萤石精矿提质降杂的最佳条件,对实际生产具有指导意义。In this paper,the experimental study on improving quality and reducing impurities of a fine-grained fluorite flotation concentrate that is difficult to be separated with the high gradient magnetic separator is introduced.Under the condition that grinding size smaller than 0.013 mm accounts for 70%,the magnetic separation tests were carried out to flotation concentrate at different field strengths with high gradient magnetic separator in laboratory.The test results showed that the mineral content of fluorite gradually increased,the more the magnetic impurities were removed as well as the productivity of non-magnetic products and recovery rate of fluorite decreased with the increase of magnetic field strength,the mineral content of fluorite in concentrate increased from 84.97% to 93.63% and recovery rate was 59.51%when magnetic field strength was 1.7 T.The optimal conditions for improving quality and reducing impurities of fluorite concentrate are proposed,which are with the important guiding significance for actual productions.
