摘  要:采用包晶成分设计,添加了适量稀土合金,利用包钢宽厚板生产线先进的炼钢、连铸、双机架轧制及冷却工艺开发了稀土桥梁钢。试验结果表明,钢板组织均匀、性能优良,满足国家标准要求,通过低温环境测试,新研发的稀土桥梁钢冲击性能、焊接性能符合高寒地区使用要求。The rare earth bridge steel is developed by adopting the composition design of peritectic,adding appropriate amount of rare earth alloy as well as applying such advanced processes on the production line of wide and thick plate of Baotou Steel as steelmaking,continuous casting,double stands rolling and cooling.The test results showed that the steel plate was with well-closed formation and excellent performances so as to meet the requirements of national standard.The impact and welding performances of new developed rare earth bridge steel could meet the requirements of using in alpine region through low temperature environment test.
