摘  要:加磷高强IF钢HC220Y在冲压汽车轮罩时出现开裂现象,通过检测化学成分、利用金相显微镜检测金相组织和夹杂物、利用扫描电镜对组织及断口进行分析,发现加磷高强IF钢HC220Y中存在较多MnS夹杂,沿轧制方向分布的大量长条状MnS夹杂成为裂纹源,降低了钢板的成形性能,导致汽车轮罩零件在冲压过程出现开裂。通过提高钢水纯净度,减少钢中的S含量,严格控制钢中的硫化物夹杂的数量和形态,开裂问题得到解决。There is cracking on the high strength IF steel HC220Y with phosphorus when wheel cover of automobile is stamped.It is found that there are more MnS inclusions in the steel and a large number of MnS inclusions with long strip shape distributed along rolling direction become the source of cracks by detecting the chemical composition,metallographic structure and inclusions with metallographic microscope as well as analyzing the microstructure and fracture with scanning electron microscope so that the formability of steel plate is reduced and there are cracks on parts of wheel cover of automobile in the stamping process.The problem of cracking is solved by improving the purity of molten steel,reducing content of S in steel as well as strictly controlling amount and form of sulfide inclusions in steel.
