摘  要:文章研究了Sn对无取向硅钢热轧、冷轧、退火板组织及织构的影响。加入Sn元素后,热轧板组织变形晶粒更加扁长,冷轧板剪切带明显增加,成品晶粒尺寸减小,成品γ-fiber织构显著减弱,有利λ-fiber织构增加。随着Sn的加入,铁损值持续增加,磁感应强度值先增加后降低,在Sn含量为0.006%~0.007%获得最大值。In the paper,the effects of Sn on microstructure and texture of hot rolled,cold rolled and annealed sheets with non-oriented silicon steel are studied.After add the element Sn,the deformed grains of microstructure of hot rolled sheet become more prolate,shear band of cold rolled sheet increases significantly,grain size of finished product decreases and texture ofγ-fiber of finished product is significantly weakened,which is favorable for increase of texture ofλ-fiber.With the addition of Sn,the value of iron loss continues to increase,value of magnetic induction intensity first increases and then decreases and the maximum value is obtained when content of Sn is 0.006%~0.007%.
