摘  要:根据钒、氮对钢的作用机理设计S450J0高强热轧钢桩化学成分并制定冶炼轧制工艺,依据工业生产数据分析了冶炼过程中钒合金及氮的收得率、终轧温度对钒氮钢的影响等,最终获得以铁素体和珠光体为主的欧标高强厚规格S450J0热轧钢桩,产品各项性能均满足标准要求。The chemical composition of S450J0 high strength hot rolled steel pile is designed as well as the smelting and rolling processes are formulated based on mechanism of action of vanadium and nitrogen on steel.Moreover,the effects of yield of vanadium alloy and nitrogen as well as finishing temperature in smelting process on vanadium nitrogen steel are analyzed based on the industrial production data.Finally,the European standard high strength S450J0 hot rolled steel pile with heavy gauge as well as ferrite and pearlite is obtained.All the product properties could meet standard requirements.
