摘  要:通过分析目前包钢各高炉布料溜槽的使用工况,总结近年来布料溜槽的类型和结构特点,分析布料溜槽的失效形式与原因,从布料溜槽的材质与结构两方面对其进行研究改进,从而增强布料溜槽在高温环境下的耐磨损性能,进一步提高其在线使用寿命,满足高炉生产的工艺要求。In the paper,the types and structural characteristics of distributing chute in recent years are summarized by analyzing its current operating conditions in Baotou Steel.Moreover,such two aspects as its material and structure are studied and improved by analyzing its failure mode and causes so as to enhance its wear resistance at high temperature environment and further improve its on-line service life,which could meet the process requirements of blast furnace production.
