摘  要:文章从测量原理、方法和校准依据两个方面对量具制造企业A牙顶高标准块的设计方案、校准机构B和校准机构C的校准报告进行了对比分析,发现上述量具制造企业和量具校准机构均未完全按标准进行量具的制造和校准,给石油套管螺纹的加工和测量带来了隐患,提出了标准块校对槽的优化组合方案,可降低量具成本,提高实用性。建议螺纹加工企业在量具校准中向校准机构提出明确的校准项目和公差,以满足标准要求,提高产品质量。In this paper,it is compared and analyzed the design scheme for standard block at addendum of manufacturing enterprise A of measuring equipment from such two aspects as the measurement principle,method and basis of calibration as well as calibration reports of calibration organizations B and C.It is found that all the above manufacturing enterprise and calibration organizations of measuring equipment do not manufacture and calibrate measuring equipment completely according to standards as a result of bringing hidden danger for processing and measuring oil casing thread.Therefore,the optimal combination scheme for calibration slot of standard block is put forward so as to reduce the cost of measuring equipment and improve practicability.It is suggested that thread processing enterprises put forward clear calibration items and tolerance to calibration organization in calibration of measuring equipment to satisfy the standard requirements and improve product quality.
